Ongoing Building Maintenance
LRA is available for any ongoing building maintenance from painting to brick repair to pressure washing which is done by using biodegradable and environmentally safe chemicals.
Cladding
Cladding is becoming more and more popular on buildings as it acts as an enveloped to protecting the exterior of a building. LRA can work on brand new installations or remove and replace damaged or existing cladding.
Glazing Installation
LRA can help you either source and install brand new windows/glazing to your building or we can source and replace broken windows/units.
Confined Space
LRA specialise in being able to work within confined spaces including orchestrating rescues. We ensure everyone is always safe by working out risk assessments before any work starts.

We can look at a wide range of cable maintenance and repair (IRS/RF/AUX/COAX) whether it be on the side of the building or any internal maintenance needs.
Window Cleaning
Rope Access is a great way of accessing parts of your building that you cannot get a ladder to. This is great when you have to maintain and clean windows. LRA’s team of rope technicians are on hand to help with your window cleaning needs.
Surveys
LRA deals with many different types of inspections which are the first point of call for any repair or project. These could be inspections of bricks, windows, cladding, concrete depth or cable placements.
Banner or Vinyl Design and Installation
We work with partners to help you to design banners or vinyl’s for a wide range of projects and needs. We use our rope access skills to display your advertising for all to see.
Design and Install of Vertical Gardens
LRA are skilled in helping you to design and safely install living walls to the side of your building. Not only do they look great, but they are environmentally friendly and can help aid climate change.
Lightning installation and design
We install lightning rods, replacing units, and conduct continuity testing around lightning designs including ensuring earth bonding is done to keep everyone safe
Tree Maintenance
From pollarding to pruning, LRA can help you with tree and bush maintenance. We will ensure everything is accessed safely and all waste is disposed of properly with our Waste Carrier Licence.
Roof Tile and Drainpipe Repair
If you have a loose or broken roof tile or drainpipe, we will ensure we inspect the issue, agree the access required and ensure quality material is sourced, supplied, and fitted.
Bird Nest Removal and Netting
LRA work in conjunction with the advice from the RSPCA with regards to bird nest removal. Once a nest has been safely removed, we can install specialised netting to help reduce the risk of birds continuing to nest.
